it’s late and i am occasionally deeply shallow.
benedict cumberbatch and gary oldman in tinker, tailor, soldier, spy.
this was one of the best movies i’ve seen in quite sometime. admittedly, it’s got a lot of elements that i love individually - spies, it’s a period movie, a metric ton of amazing british actors, and john lacarre. luckily, they all came together in a perfect storm of excellence.
